ApplianceAgent AI is a diagnosis and job tool for Master Appliances Pty Limited technicians.

Email support@applianceagent.ai and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please include your username and a short description of the problem — and, if it helps, the appliance or job you were working on.
Account and sign-in
- Accounts are set up by your supervisor or administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you don’t have a username yet, ask your supervisor.
- Sign in with the username and temporary password you were given. On first sign-in you’ll be asked to set your own password.
- Forgotten or locked-out passwords are reset by your administrator, who can issue a new temporary password.
- Signing out ends your session on this device and on our servers.
Camera and photos
ApplianceAgent AI asks for camera and photo access so you can attach a picture of a fault or a nameplate to a diagnosis. You can decline, and grant it later in the iOS Settings app under ApplianceAgent AI if you change your mind.
